I Am
The Root Chakra is focused on physical survival and the foundation of your being. When grounded in this chakra you will experience the balance of feeling physically safe and secure. All your physical and basic needs such as money, clothes, food and shelter are adequately met. Stability is the key in aligning into this energy.
Call upon Muladhara the steadfast Root Chakra Goddess when you are feeling fearful, insecure, unsafe, nervous and/or ungrounded. Ask her to help you overcome fear, help connect you with your support system such a friends and family, organize your finances or assistance with your health challenges such as fatigue or illnesses. She may guide you to ground yourself with the energy of the earth by going for a hike or walk in nature or walk barefoot on lush green grass or on the sands of a nearby beach.
