When I started this whole chakra goddess series I began from the bottom of the chakra ladder with the Muladhara, the root chakra. My first pencil drawing would set the precedent and the tone for the rest of the series. An interesting journey going through the motions with Sahasrara. As the image depicts, I felt peace and flow as I painted her. There were no objections or interruptions I had previously experienced with the other goddesses. A completely different feeling that was so welcomed and unexpected.
