Local businesses and their guests were all invited to dress as part of the celebration. Women as flapper girls dressed in glamorous fringe dresses, pearl necklaces, feather boas and sequined head pieces while the gentlemen all decked out in their suits and shiny black and white shoes.
As part of the festivities I did a live painting on a very stylistic flapper girl in a red fringe dress against a yellow gold luster background depicting the glamour and energy of the era. And who isn’t attracted to a woman in red? Later in the evening it was raffled off to this lovely lady who won my painting. How cool is that?
Guests and business owners had opportunities to explore other vendors where they got to experience creating you own sushi and macaroons, chocolate tasting from chocolatiers around the world and of course since it was an era of dance and music everyone had the opportunity to learn the Charleston dance.
This painting was so popular there have been commission requests. If you like this image and would like me to re-create one for you send me an email or click here to fill out contact form with all your details to get your special project started.
Thanks Social Shopper for having me there. I had a blast and congratulations on your business milestone.
